Reservation Deposit

from $200.00

Reservation deposit is a $300.00 non-refundable deposit that will be transferred to your full deposit when you choose a live puppy. This secures your selection position for an upcoming litter. In the event you are unable to accept a puppy from a future litter because of timing or other unforeseen events in life, or if the selected litter does not produce enough puppies to select from, then you are able to move the deposit and apply it to another available puppy from a future upcoming litter.

Full deposit price is a $500.00 non-refundable amount due when live puppy is chosen from the litter. At that point, your puppy will be marked as yours. If this is your first deposit payment and you have selected a specific puppy, please select this option.

Reservation deposits are not mandatory; they are simply a way to reserve a puppy for purchase. No puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been made or payment is made in full. To reserve a puppy we require a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be deducted from the total sales amount. We will not hold a puppy until a deposit agreement has been signed by both parties and a deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable. If you do not find a puppy to your liking in the litter or if we do not have the color or gender you desire, you may transfer the deposit to a future litter. All puppy selections must be made by the time the puppies are 6 weeks of age. We want you to be completely in love with your new family member so there is no limit to the amount of times you may transfer.

By placing a deposit by personal check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or cash, you accept and understand the Deposit terms in its entirety. Your receipt in the form of a cancelled check, credit card receipt, PayPal receipt or cash receipt will serve as the binding contract regarding the terms of the deposit.
